• Assist in the assembly and analysis of data required to prepare financial reports and supporting schedules for a portfolio of consolidated and unconsolidated shopping center properties
• Focus on the preparation of working papers and journal entries to reflect the monthly, quarterly and annual activity of the REIT, the operating partnership and its related subsidiaries
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual variance reviews
• Prepare ad hoc analyses for internal and independent auditors and assist in year-end coordination
• Prepare and maintain budget and forecast records for corporate and consolidated subsidiaries
• Manage the accounts payable for various malls in the development stages

• Review and analyze budgetary and financial spreadsheets and prepare and manage a budget over $15 million
• Create comprehensive financial and budgetary reports for the Director of Finance
• Review, approve and manage all office financial transactions
• Assist and facilitate all areas of the department in the completion of the fiscal year end closing process
• Create and enforce financial policies for the Office of Alumni Relations and Development
• Act as a liaison to the Payroll office, Supplier Diversity Office, Office of Ergonomics and the Accounts Payable Office
