As a Customer Support Associate at Stumptown Coffee Roasters, I provide exceptional service and support to our regional Wholesale and eCommerce customers, ensuring their ordering and billing needs are met in a timely and professional manner. I have over 10 years of experience in client services and sales across various sectors, including hospitality, retail, and performance management. My passion is to improve consumer education and awareness of their needs and preferences, and to problem-solve any challenges or issues that arise along the way. I have developed strong skills in customer service, communication, and account services, which allow me to build and maintain positive and lasting relationships with our customers and partners.In addition to my current role, I am also working on several projects that reflect my values and goals of diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am co-hosting a podcast that highlights the intersectionality of the BIPOC farming community and the hospitality industry, and I am involved in the formation of a non-profit organization that aims to inform, uplift, and educate organizations that excel in equity and equality.
