I have served as a Regional Manager with Avanti since 2014. Avanti is a manufacturer of urethane injection resins, and supplies urethanes and acrylic injection grouts used for the infrastructure rehabilitation. In that time I have consistently delivered double digit growth, including the Midwest and North Central Region (13 states), as well as the Southeast Region (9 states). The responsibilities of my position are to manage sales, produce growth, train and educate customers and potential customers, and to support our customer base in every way possible. Furthermore, I research and identify leads through different sources in an effort to direct those leads to our contractor customers. Lastly, I manage sales pipeline, weekly planning, data entry into a CRM, teach at grouting schools, and speak at conferences, seminars, and other learning events.

As the Vice President, I was directly involved in Client interface, project engineering and design, implementation, and growth. This included project development/design/management in the United States as well as Internationally. In less than 4 years, I was directly responsible for increasing companies project revenue by 31% in year one, 27% in year two, and 34% in year three. I attribute growth heavily to consistent quality, and strong Client relationships founded in trust and respect. As an Officer of the company, I gained exposure to executive level administration such as insurances, P&L, asset management, forecasting, marketing, and labor matters.
