I help the Bank inform the public and tell the stories of both the Minneapolis Region and the Federal Reserve System. I direct and manage the client-side of video production, as well as do the field work district-wide, including videography, lighting and sound, live streaming, post-production edit, project delivery, and live event production. My work complements the online user experience and social media work of my colleagues in Public Affairs and demystifies the Fed for the public.

As part of Best Buy's Yellow Tag group, I would produce, shoot, edit and finish video productions primarily for internal Best Buy clients and audiences. I also authored DVDs, encoded video for myriad of delivery platforms, and performed many other multimedia and live-event production tasks. My job was to do original production and act as in-house solution for clients who did not have time or resources to take their projects offsite. As a Best Buy employee, I was able to approach the work as the client's partner. My abilities to plan and execute projects and manage client expectations are on par my technical expertise.

Produced TV and radio commercials for national broadcast - primarily supervising edit, graphics and audio mix post-production, directing voice over sessions, and producing studio shoot days.

I managed an on-air student staff of 40 at WRFW-FM, the campus radio station at UW-River Falls. I hosted my own shows, produced news and promotions, and discovered I'm not cut out for play-by-play sports broadcasting.
