I work as a consultant at the strategy and management consulting firm, Accelare. We specialize in organizational strategic planning and execution. Accelare delivers value based on business outcomes through its four main service offerings: Strategy-to-Execution (S2E); Purpose-Drive CX (PDCX); Platform-based Design Engineering (PDE); and People and Process Transformation (PPT). Throughout my experience with Accelare, I have gained applied knowledge of project management, application and product portfolio rationalization, systems implementation, strategic planning, CX design and process re-engineering. I have served as a business analyst, scrum master, and project manager on projects that span government, non-profit, and private organizations. I am Scrum Master Certified and Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certified. Outside of work, I am a co-founder of Backpacks for America, a 501c3 non-profit charity organization that donates backpacks full of living necessities for people and families experiencing homelessness.
