I have experience in business management and strategic planning where I coordinate with multiple departments such as warehouse, sales, shipping, accounting and management for companies in multiple industries. I provide customer and personal services by assessing customers’ needs while maintaining standards to the customer’s satisfaction through knowledge of strategic planning, production methods and leadership skills to coordinate people and resources. I am able to complete these tasks by utilizing time management, active listening, critical thinking, problem solving, negotiating and decision making skills.I also have experience working with a small business providing high end painting for both residential and commercial clients in the tri state area. Bye using my communication and marketing skills I would obtain clients and meet with them on site to evaluate the job well as discuss the options and products available to provide them with a quality product within their budget. After completion of the project I would meet with the clients to ensure that the job was completed as desired and form a working relationship with them to retain them as a future client for the services we provide as well as network opportunities. Through all of this I have helped increase sales three fold. As well as work experience I have a vast amount of volunteer experience working with youth soccer organizations as a coach as well as a referee and experience with division 1 collegiate athletic programs. As a youth soccer coach I learned organization and leadership skills while coaching 5-16 year old athletes of different skill levels. This experience taught me how to work with people of varying knowledge and skill levels. At West Virginia University I worked with the men’s soccer team as well as the men’s and women’s basketball programs which gave me the skills to work in a high pleasure situations while working with top 25 collegiate teams.
