I have been in loss prevention for about 10 years now, which has given me a lot of different experiences including catching and interviewing shoplifters, digging into operational losses, leading safety teams, performing audits, installing closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems. building reports, investigating and interviewing internal employees, and leading through influence.For me, there is nothing greater than fixing problems and helping people. I also love going through data and numbers to show where problems are and coming up with solutions to those problems. Focusing on these strengths have given me great success at reducing shrink by an average of 30+ basis points at multiple stores through multiple retailers.When I am not at work, I like to read non-fiction books focusing on war/ crime/ and philosophy as well as science fiction books. I enjoy building computers and working on cars.
