I am a management consulting partner with over twenty years of experience in business development, client management and leading project teams. I am a subject matter expert in marketing technologies (MarTech) such as content management systems (CMS), marketing automation systems, customer relationship management (CRM) and digital marketing platforms.I have excellent visual and interpersonal communications skills. Evaluated infrastructure for security and scalability, as well as fit with needs. Recommended and enacted changes to IT operating model. Identified short-term resources to meet support needs until new team was in place. Selected and contracted a new managed IT services vendor, and assisted in onboarding the new CTO.
