When I was a kid I built a tree house in my backyard. I loved attempting to figure out how to make something new with no prior experience or training. The brainstorming, problem solving, and mistake-learning drove me to wake up every day and create. I didn't know it at the time, but I was practicing really foundational things that I still do today in my career.I don't build tree houses as a career (just a hobby), but I do love tackling new challenges and I am fascinated by new and innovative ways of doing things. This is most deeply expressed in the "why" behind people's work. My true fulfillment comes when I see people are driven by a clear sense of purpose and passion and they feel like they are in the right seat on the right bus. My energy and focus always tends to gravitate toward fostering human-centered growth.In practical terms, my professional experience has encompassed a broad spectrum of domains, including talent development and management, organizational development, consulting, talent strategy, facilitation, coaching, and counseling.
