Notable career achievements include: controlled P&L of a 5 million dollar budget; effectively managed engineering projects between 80 Engineers, in 12 global locations; set business-development benchmarks and closed multiple seven-figure accounts with fortune 500 companies; participated in a strategic multi-phase capital raise, including negotiating convertible debt-to-equity bridge financing to fund a PPM, and Regulation A public offering; developed and implemented new marketing strategies to target potential clients in both the commercial and government electronics development industry.
