He mentored Executive Management regarding financial activities and communications with the board, private equity sponsors and lenders.

Inflow delivered application hosting services to enterprise customers through a system of 14 internet data centers across the US. Inflow was one of the first companies in the colocation industry and developed the right strategy to survive the dual dot.com and telecom bubbles of the early 2000s. Inflow was acquired by SunGard Availability Services in 2005.Director, Finance & Business Operations: Led a 3-person team to support finance and business operations and executed strategic financing activities to ensure growth; advised all levels of Inflow Management regarding financial activities. Directed business plan modeling and performance reporting to 16 major investors and 3 lenders. Directed auction process in coordination with major investment bank resulting in review of Inflow by eight public companies with an acquisition 35% above initial valuation.General Manager, Internet Data Center: Led a 12-person team supporting all aspects of finance and operations at Inflow’s Atlanta data center. Increased monthly revenues 287% in 13 months and reduced costs to achieve EBITDA positive operations.
