I am a Cisco Certified Network Associate and I have over 23 years of experience as a transmission engineer in the telecommunications industry in field installation, commissioning and maintenance, I am self-motivated, flexible worker who has a wealth of experience and a logical approach to fault finding. I enjoy both working in a team and individually and I work well under pressure understanding the importance of SLA's and taking responsibility for customer questions or issues. I have an excellent work ethic with a supportive attitude, I take responsibility for my work and I am confident supervising others. I am used to working at the variety of different end users from a sole traders to large, international companies and globally serving data centers.
