As a digital forensic examiner, I take collected digital evidence and make forensic image copies. After the images are complete, they are processed with numerous digital forensic tools and the processed artifacts are analyzed to located evidence.

As a detective with the Tucson Police Department, I initially investigated child sex crimes for approximately 2 years. While accomplishing these duties, I became interested in Internet Crimes Against Children and began investigating cases involving the exploitation of children. Attending multiple conferences and training opportunities, I became a subject matter expert in Southern Arizona, testifying in over 50 trials and bringing many sexual predators to justice.

After leaving Active Duty Service, I enlisted in the Arizona Air National Guard at the 162nd Fighter Wing in Tucson, Arizona. I became the Vehicle Operations Superintendent, responsible for the entire vehicle fleet and managing over 50 vehicles and 20 personnel. While taking on this role, I deployed to Kirkuk Iraq in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and to Ali A Saleem Air Base in Kuwait. I served honorably until 2012 when I retired.

In the Air Force, I trained to become a Vehicle Operator and Dispatch Journeyman. I was active duty and deployed in support of Operation Desert Storm to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. My primary duties included dispatching vehicles to accomplish tasks across the bases where I worked. I also later became a Fleet specialist, monitoring the base vehicle fleet and replacing vehicles as needed.
