The club’s ambassador to the racquets sports program, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clubs:Tennis,Pickleball, and Padel. Maintained and elevated a comprehensive Racquets Sports program that includes: development of new programing, teaching programs, budget development, communications, recruitment and training of a large staff, development of SOP’s, management of pro shop activities, inspiring and activating team members to exceed a Platinum level member experience. Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, and disciplining all departmental employees within Club policy . Organize routine staff meetings to ensure policy, procedure and member satisfaction is being maintained to the highest standard. Created innovation in the development of new programs to reinvigorate participation in the Racquets program while driving revenue up over 30% year over year, over year. Increasing revenue and participation by 60 percent in 2 seasons and bridging gaps to host multi-departmental events. Such programs include: X-glosive Tennis, TRX and Tennis, Sunset Yoga for Sports, and Functional Fitness Cardio Tennis. Developed and administered the annual operating budget, capital budget and completed a long term strategic plan for the department. In addition oversaw and completed multiple large capital projects. Project managed over 1.3 million dollars of renovations over the last two and a half years. Attend all department head meetings, Chair the Sports committee, prepare all relevant material and prepare all committee members for such meetings. Monitor and provide monthly financial and usage reports. Communication with members through all necessary channels such as: face to face meetings, monthly newsletters, membership video’s and social media post.

Total responsibility for the day-to-day management of a member owned equity club, 5-court, with a staff of 4 tennis professionals and 2 full time maintenance employees.• Operate and manage a 250,000 business, which includes over 225 members.• Develop content for our communications which includes E-blasts, newsletters and website, and create a social media profile which updates members on events and programs.• I have developed a junior program that exceeds 50 kids, using a game-based curriculum that promotes movement, fun and competitiveness for all levels of juniors. • Coach weekly team practices, and supervised match play for Ladies and Men’s leagues teams ranging in level from 3.0-4.5.• My friendly, fun loving enthusiasm is evident throughout our club as we consistently fill our drills, events and tournaments to capacity.• I have grown the program to such capacity that now there has been a waiting list for annual tennis members the last four years. • Our monthly Friday evening mixers encourages our members to participate in a different event such as: Color Wars, March Madness, Poker Tennis, and, X-Glosive Tennis. • I offer a unique end-of-season awards party offered every May, with dinner drinks and live music. • Provide Jr Tennis and Swim camps, USTA Junior Team Tennis, and parents night out Jr Mixers. • Yearly calendar events such as: Pro Exhibitions, Pro-Am’s, and Club Championships. Having weekly specialty clinics such as: Tennis 101, Shot of the Day, Cardio Tennis, and Doubles Strategy clinic’s .Introduced pickleball to the membership with great success and enthusiasm through a variety of fun mixers and clinics such as dink and drink, pick up pickleball, and pickleball strategy clinics. I create, utilize, and analyze yearly, monthly operating, capital, and payroll.
