I didn’t even know myself anymore. Family, work, community, faith all expected my time and attention and wanted me to be a particular person for them. It wasn’t a good place to be.I began a journey of self-discovery and realignment. I clarified my values, set priorities and boundaries, and found my worth. It wasn’t a process of becoming selfish. No, I still honor my obligations. I’m just able to do it with better intention and alignment with who I am and what I want out of life.Now I work to help other men get unstuck in their lives and find fulfillment. My goal is to help each man I work with be the best he can be and the man he wants to be. I work to help him discover his true, authentic self, to improve relationships, and reach goals - whatever those may be. I work to uncover limiting beliefs, blind spots, and roadblocks that keep the client from success. Finally, we work together to develop a plan to help the man do what men do – take action.
