Undertake forensic materials testing and failure analysis of components across a wide range of industries to determine material/mechanical properties and/or the mode and root cause of failure. -Determination of failure mode and root cause in materials related failure investigations. -Inspection and testing of components/products for compliance with Australian (or other) Standards.-Investigate slip, trip and fall incidents in legal cases including testing of environmental conditions such as lighting, slip resistance and construction design tolerances against relevant standards and codes.
