As a Talent Manager at Fantastic Furniture under PeopleScout Asia Pacific (RPO), I was responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for all 75 stores throughout Australia with the recruitment team. Additionally, developing potential sourcing strategies to utilise for hard to fill locations and assisting in presenting the recruitment cycle to Area Leaders and Managers through training sessions.Throughout my tenure, I was able to gain exposure with short term roles at George Weston Foods (GWF) and Australian Securities Investment Commission (ASIC). At GWF in August 2017, my main responsibility was to assist in resume and phone screening, and shortlisting candidates ranging from junior production operator to senior technical roles for a period of 1 month.
