- Work Order (WO) Entry: Accurate and timely entry into Visual 9.- Data Management: Process WOs and make real-time adjustments in Visual 9.- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records and monitor stock levels.- Reporting & Analysis: Create and present WO and inventory reports.- Cross-Training:Train production staff on basic WO transactions.- Process Improvement: Implement efficiency and accuracy improvements.- Production Support: Assist with inventory preparation and special projects.- Policy Adherence: Follow company policies and best practices.- Other Responsibilities: Complete additional projects as assigned.

* Develop and manage a comprehensive MRP file using Excel. * Coordinate and lead weekly S&OP meetings and conduct monthly supply reviews with senior management to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies. * Assist in the vendor creation process in SAP by receiving necessary documentation, following up with vendors and requisitioners, and ensuring timely and accurate vendor onboarding. * Generate and analyze various reports, including stock occupation in warehouse reports, to monitor inventory levels and optimize storage utilization. * Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
