• Deputy Operations Officer for the Hurricane Protection Office which was responsible for the delivery of over $7.6B in projects as part of the Presidentially directed Hurricane Storm Damage Risk Reduction System in Southeast Louisiana.• Responsible for observing and investigating construction phases to ensure compliance with contract schedules, specifications and shop drawings as well as health and safety requirements relating to the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal.• Provided oversight for over 10,000 cubic yards of concrete placement and the installation of two 650-ton waterway sector gates for the Greater Intra-Harbor Waterway.

• Operated heavy and light construction equipment for the purpose of constructing and repairing string roads and 30 electric generating wind turbine bases.• Construction operations consisted of cutting, grading, and compacting earthen and rock materialsused to build roads, crane pads, and turbine power bases.• Operated Front Loader, Smooth Drum and Sheep’s Foot Compactors, and Skid Steer equipment.
