As a Customer Service Specialist here at EB, customer security and overall experience is my main priority. I may supervise staff, assist in the coaching, training and the development of tellers, as well as assisting in solving customer problems and serving as an operational reference. I also aid tellers with balancing problems. I adhere to help enforce all security procedures as well as other departmental policies and procedures. As well as the following:- Refer and cross-sell Exchange Bank products and services; meet or exceed sales goals.- Accurately complete the required audit logs.- Balance and maintain cash dispense machine(s).- Audit ATM on a monthly basis as well as cash drawers, according to policy.- Investigate teller losses and institute a corrective flow of work.-Research and resolve customer questions, problems and concerns by telephone, written correspondence or in person.
