My role managing Baker Donelson's Women's Initiative, Baker Women, sits at the intersection of many avenues at the Firm. With a focus on advancing women and supporting working parents, I work closely with HR, recruiting, retention, marketing and business development, and talent development to help move the needle forward for our Firm and for the legal industry.

Manage Burr & Forman's marketing/ PR strategies and initiatives throughout the firm's footprint, which includes 19 markets across eight states. Here are some key roles of my job:- Manage overall PR strategy and initiatives, including, but not limited to, media/article opportunities, press releases, and speaking engagements.- Work closely with business development team with regard to research, pitch materials, and seeking business development/sponsorship opportunities for attorneys.- Manage media buys and planning, including print and digital advertising in the firm’s footprint and on the national level.- From a top level, manage website content and strategy, including design, functionality, content management system, analytics, and SEO.- Manage the Burr brand with consistent messaging and design throughout all media.- Manage social media content and strategies from a top level.- Manage in-house special marketing projects and initiatives.- Manage the promotion, implementation, and content of Burr’s practice blogs.- Manage and oversee the production of internal and external Burr-hosted or sponsored events.- Manage the creation, content, and production of collateral materials.- Manage the firm’s general marketing budgets, including working with each office to plan their respective marketing and business development initiatives and budgets.- Oversee media training for attorneys.

- Responsible for all marketing and sales support initiatives including branding, advertising, collateral, public relations, social media and website.- Led the company through a complete re-branding and website launch process.- Worked closely with the sales team on creating sales collateral and information.- Worked closely with the recruitment team on lead generation.- Created an online story for the company.
