Danielle Smith is an Indianapolis based project management professional with more than a decade of experience in the real estate development industry. Her company, Smith Solutions, provides management services to small businesses and non-profit organizations without adding to company overhead. Her areas of expertise include development opportunity analysis, budget and schedule management, and large team coordination.

In addition to managing a volume of real estate development projects, Danielle was responsible for developing and maintaining productive relationships with clients and partners to ensure a full pipeline of development work. Projects included mixed-use, housing, hospitality, and institutional developments. Other tasks included performing opportunity analysis, completing financing applications, and consulting with cities and towns to incentivize downtown development.

In her capacity at IHA and Insight Development, Danielle oversaw all aspects of multifamily and mixed-use developments, managed Agency capital projects, and served as staff writer for the purposes of grants and business development initiatives. Projects included 16 Park (LIHTC award to completion) and Millikan on Mass (predevelopment and closeout activities for Phase I, predevelopment on Phase II).

As a member of the For Rent Media Solutions division, Danielle developed complete multi-media marketing programs for multi-family housing providers. By utilizing print, online, mobile, and social media avenues, Danielle was able to customize a solution to suit each customer's need. Specialties include lease-up programs and social media start-up.
