Senior Account Manager
Current• Develops and maintains strong relationships with franchise dealers within the assigned region • Manages a larger account load within the territory focused on higher-level strategic dealer groups and a larger book of business • Presents and demonstrates CarNow's chat and digital retailing solutions to current clients • Assists with onboarding and delivery of impact with CarNow product suite • Serve as a technical product expert to ensure expectations are met during the onboarding and activation process with dealers • Achieves and exceeds monthly retention goals by ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty • Meets monthly upsell quotas through effective communication and promotion of additional services • Collaborates with internal teams to address customer needs and provide solutions • Stays informed about industry trends and competitors to enhance sales strategies • Utilizes CRM tools to track and manage sales activities and pipeline
