Team lead for the Cheapflights iOS and Android native mobile app. Set up Mobile application test team covering Cheapflights’ iOS and Android application from scratch which included three staff and over 1m downloads. Put in place a mobile application testing strategy and detailed the test team’s approach to app testing (compared with web testing). Scrum Master for each sprint cycle, including leading the sprint planning, daily stand up and retrospective meetings. Moved the team to two weekly sprints and successfully implemented use of story point for velocity.End to end testing of backlog items, including, functional, backend, exploratory, non-functional and field testing. Ensuring high quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release, including checking crash logs and monitoring the app star rating. In doing so, the Cheapflights Android app has increased from 98% crash free to 99.9% and iOS from 97% to 99.8%. Detailed tracking testing of the native app using real devices and Fiddler. Automated test maintenance using Appium and Visual Studio.Supported and ran User Experience Testing workshops for the mobile application. Deployments to QA and a high traffic Production environments using AWS and Team City. Including source control management with Git. On call cover for the Cheapflights website.Service level and API Testing using Postman.

Working as a Test Analyst in a team of four people. Key purpose of role is:• Establish & conduct appropriate test and quality measurements before, during and after software products are released • Contribute to key stages of the various product life-cycles on a project by project basis• Communicate and collaborate with other members of the company• Provide proactive reporting to the Release Manager across all tasks & activities faced by the Release Team
