Key member of our RPM (retail platform modernization) team. Migrated 120,000 Menards commercial credit accounts from Capital One Mainframe WHIRL system to BlueTarp BITs system. Mapping included account information, customer history, and AR. Managed Walmart Front Book launch for new accounts in the fall of 2021. Migrated 50,000 Walmart commercial credit accounts from Synchrony Bank to BlueTarp BITs system. Supported the program setup and terms configuration for Menards and Walmart. Successfully managed the merchant web rollout and training for Menards employees.

Responsible for 41 Merchant conversions from 2015 to 2019. Total converted volume = $200m in annual sales. Launched the first BlueTarp eCommerce merchant in 2018. Won BlueTarp Circle of Excellence award in 2016 for onboarding several challenging merchants with unique billing systems. Successfully launched the first BlueTarp Powered merchant in 2015 enabling a new sales vertical to access larger merchants. Developed an understanding and process to enable BlueTarp to support AIA/progressive billing jobs and bring that volume onto our platform.

Decreased implementation time from 90 to 30 days by removing inefficiency and building a system of checks and balances to improve communication with process owners. Decreased go-to-market time for new products by 50% by implementing Agile methodology to the development cycle. Redeployed our entire IT infrastructure to the cloud. This saved over 80% per month while enabling greater flexibility in ramping and onboarding. Implemented new product testing procedures which decreased our bug rate in new products from 25% to 10%.

Trained and mentored 2 account managers who serve as the main point of contact for each media client. Developed and documented all department and product support procedures. Developed all phone scripts and product specifications for our call center interface for 24x7 consumer support. Successfully created and executed a large-scale market implementation plan for all major media clients. Increased efficiency by implementing a scheduling program for all minor product releases. This lowered average release time from 3 days to 1 and decreased overall man-hours by 50%.
