· Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance for the web infrastructure engineering team in Sun's Cloud Computing division, from preliminary planning through alpha, beta, release of the product to the production environment, and maintenance of the system post-release. · Write test plans and scripts using Quality Center, perform functional testing, usability testing, content and verbiage verification, and regression testing on all supported platforms, including Solaris, Windows, and MacOS. · Check links with industry standard link checkers, like Xenu and Firefox link checker. Manage bugs and other change requests using HP Quality Center for pre-release issues and using Bugster for all production issues. · These skills were utilized on several projects within the Web Engineering and Cloud Computing space including partneradvanage.sun.com, portal.sun.com, EComm, IDM, Entitlements, Territory Reporting Tool (Reporting), and Tech Tracker (Reporting). · Design and create demos of Sun's Partner Engagement System with the Qarbon tool for use by groups both internal and external to Sun.

· Built and managed strong relationships with key customers, including Round Table, AMF, and Mountain Mike's. · Responsible for managing inventory (both at customer sites and company warehouse), equipment installation, service, quality assurance, and maintenance for over 130 machines. · Responsible for budgeting, collections, and commission payments. Made sales calls to new and existing customers, and represented company at trade shows.

· Managed over 100 machines on 5 separate Motorola campuses. · Supervised inventory, installation, equipment service, maintenance, and transportation, and budgeting and collections.

· Managed the assembly, final inspection, packaging, and shipping of company equipment. · Inventory control for machine parts and packaging supplies. Supervised loading of equipment for shipment. · Responsible for training new technicians for assembly and quality control.
