Implemented standard operating procedures for event scheduling, promotion, and programming and trained a staff of 150. Produced video trailers, educational videos, and edited live events for video on demand. Worked on the implementation team responsible for recommending how the church migrates to a new CMS/CRM platform called The Rock. Managed over 100.
