Following the acquisition of TFM Networks Ltd by BDR Group I have changed my position to that of Senior Systems and Innovations Manager at BDR Group, taking on responsibility for the group systems and primarily migration to a new CRM and Service platform of Salesforce. I am in direct liaison with a 3rd party developer in order to project manage the build of the system, in line with the scope of works that has been created in constant discussion with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.I am also required to build recurring reporting and various adhoc reporting as required by the Board, Directors and Sales Manager/Team, ensuring accuracy of data at all times.I have continued to act as the Billing Manager for the TFM Networks company, performing regular billing runs, month end reporting, ledger imports and providing statistical data across the company and refining involved with customers regarding billing queries and requests.
