The Deployment Engineer is the primary person responsible for the install and configuration of Nexidia products. This position works very closely with the Technical Project Manager, IT and Engineering groups to deliver the system as designed for the client. This role also interacts with various client technical staff and may be asked to travel to client site to perform installs. Deployment Engineers also provide escalation support for operational systems as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESUpgrade existing systems, preserving any customizations that may be in placeDiagnose and resolve complex tier-3 technical support issues, especially around audio/data source integrationPerform operational support tasks, such as data loads, data cleansing, and performance tuningUnderstands and adheres to Nexidia compliance standards as they appear in the Employee Handbook, Corporate Compliance Policies, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMay be called upon to assist Technical Support Engineers with escalated support tickets and other related itemsPerforms other duties as assigned
