As the Head of Project Supply Chain, I managed a supply chain spanning four manufacturing plants across the U.S. and Canada, oversaw 1.5K suppliers, and coordinated annual supply chain spend. I developed procurement and sourcing strategies to drive continuous improvements, initiate cost reductions, build long-term supplier relationships, and optimize contract terms. I also led a team of four Supply Chain Managers and 17 Buyers and Logistics Personnel, assigned responsibilities, conducted performance evaluations, and provided coaching and mentorship.

I exceeded new inventory reduction goals, supplier quality goals, and on time delivery goals. I also developed procurement project management guidelines to improve profitable results.• Developed over 60 frame agreement contracts with equipment and fabrication suppliers and managed over 500+ purchasing projects. • Served as Head of the GEA National Procurement Council of North America and coordinated indirect supply chain projects. • Initiated the GEA American Junior Buyer Training program to provide professional purchasing training. • Served on the GEA talent development team, which included designing the criteria for supply chain professionals for GEA PE worldwide.

As a Supply Chain Manager, I oversaw annual spend across two divisions and 200 suppliers, managed a team of six technical staff, and developed strategic plans to reduce cost and improve country sourcing. I also oversaw 26 procurement cost savings projects and negotiated contracts and agreements with suppliers from Mexico, India, and China.

I served as the on-site Program Manager for a CASE administrative support contract with AWG, which included providing operational support and ensuring compliance with FAR regulations. I also managed a 16-person team providing contracting, logistic, and weapons maintenance to AWG, conducted performance evaluations, and developed workflows to enhance efficiency.

As a Procurement Manager, I oversaw annual spend across two plants, oversaw a team of five direct reports across the U.S., India, and China, and negotiated technical contracts. I reduced low-cost country spend increase from 8% to 20% and reduced raw inventory using vendor management inventory strategies.
