Supply Planning: Led the team in preparation and execution as Cutover Lead for all Quarterly and semi-annual implementations as well as the Testing Lead for all new and legacy Supply Planning solutions. I provided support as Key Knowledge Holder for Planning Legacy Systems. I worked with SAP Engineers and Architects and the Config Lead to identify, apply and test SAP ECC and APO Configuration changes. I created and maintained the Configuration documentation for Cutover and historical purposes. I reviewed, approved and released all APO Supply Planning Configuration as the Configuration Approver for SAP APO config, and Planning related ECC configuration. Led the team team for the divestiture of I2 and other Legacy Planning solutions.Assisted in the transitioned from Waterfall to a hybrid Agile SDLC methodology. As we did I transitioned to the Testing & Quality Management Lead for the Supply Planning Scrum Teams.

Planning Solutions: Assisted in the design and development of a new Integrated Planning Project solution. This included the design of new inputs and outputs for the planning of most aspects of Footwear manufacturing. The tools were developed in Net Weaver and Cognos with an Oracle back-end.

Legacy Systems: Managed and led the team in implementing Nike's first fully compliant SOX implementation and continued support and divestiture of mainframe and Oracle based Legacy Applications. I worked with outside vendors and the team to reduce annual cost of one legacy solution by $900,000 by migrating specific legacy applications off of a Unisys Mainframe to Virtual Windows based servers.

Legacy Systems: Led the team to expanded and change the type of field of the Purchase Order Number across All legacy systems, interfaces with SAP R3 and APO.

Asia Pacific: Assisted in the design and development of an Oracle Data Mart for Japan, including extractions from Nike's Corporate Data Warehouse (Tera Data) and numerous other local solutions enforcing referential integrity, enabling data cleansing of their local systems. Led and assisted a team to develop and maintain standard and country relevant reporting solutions. Continued to assist in maintenance of the systems in the various countries and maintenance of interfaces. Proposed and received approval for a regional ERP Data Warehouse solution. This solution provided consistent Sales, Orders and Inventory information from 5 different ERP solutions, Canada's ERP(SAP), Japan's ERP(GOAL), Australia's ERP(JDE), a home grown solution for New Zealand, Oracle Financials for Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia. Development and ownership transferred to Corporate Information.
