Principal consultant within the Microsoft Dynamics business of Microsoft UK, focussed on CRM implementations.In the past year I have led the solution architecture and scoping of a number of leading opportunities within accounts in Financial Services, Health Insurance, Public Sector, Higher Education and Utilities, as well as leading the development of an envisioning engagement offering, to deliver business value and accelerate adoption of Dynamics CRM Online and consumption of Microsoft Azure.I have a passion for technology and enjoy architecting enterprise solutions on the Microsoft cloud platform.

Since joining Portrait Software, I have been primarily engaged on the Nationwide Building Society account as lead technical architect. This key role has involved business analysis, designing, documenting, planning, configuring and developing the Portrait multi-channel Contact Centre application within several project phases, as well as supervising teams of between 4-20 business analysts, developers and testers. As well as direct reports, my role involves working with senior management, project management, marketing, business sponsors, architects, technical resources, testers and developers.

When Compaq Computer took over Digital Equipment Corporation, I moved to the Enterprise Application Integration practice of Compaq Professional Services and took on a consultancy role.I led the technical input to a number of pre-sales initiatives, primarily around Microsoft technologies. I set up scripted demos on collaborative software that were successfully delivered and well received at board level.I was primarily engaged on the Black&Decker account, and proposed, won and led many successful projects, including pioneering the design and development of their first Intranet and Extranet applications.

I worked as technical development leader within the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) product development group. I was responsible for team-leading the ongoing development of the innovative file-based mapper component, re-architecting it as a client-server system, and porting to multiple hardware and OS platforms.

As test team leader, I worked on-site in the USA at the development headquarters of Digital Equipment in Nashua, New Hampshire. (TLE group @ ZKO)
