I have worked for a decade in a hospitality and customer service centered environment. Prior to, I managed the training of a 5 year product overhaul project; my department being the only one to meet budget and production goals a month ahead of schedule. My training and work style is interactive and high spirited. I consider myself a coach and work hard to build team members’ confidence and performance: encouraging my crews to think of themselves as a sports team. They understand their positions, where they need to be and what their responsibilities are, know when to lead and when to follow, and communicate with each other and their managers consistantly. I'm dedicated and hardworking, a great team worker and am always willing to learn new skills. My goal is to continue developing new skills and knowledge while being able to share my experiences within my workplace. This will help me excel and expand my career as a Hospitality, Training, or Project Manager and improve on my current skillset further.
