I oversee the manufacturing customer’s orders, entering the specifications in our production software.. I am also the main point of contact for my customer base. My accounts included all MGM properties, Harrah’s Caesars Entertainment, Trader Joes, Yogurtland and other major retailers

I was the Accounting Manager for commercial centers and multifamily locations. My responsibilities include yearly cams audits, month and year end closings. Preparing Financial reports, budgets and forecasts.. Ensuring the accuracy of financial information in both Quick-books and Yardi. All human resource responsibility’s including payroll, benefit management, Scheduling, Vacation and Sick Accruals.

Acadia management provides Human resource and payroll services for 3 companies located in 4 different states. My duties included processing weekly payroll, enforcing garnishment's, filling local and federal taxes, administration of employee benefits programs, 401k Management, compliance with FLMA, COBRA, I9 and other state and federal legal requirements. I continually update my education to keep up to date with the constantly changing laws by attending available seminars and conferences. I was also responsible for all Accounting duties included AR, AP, Collections, monthly financial statements, budgets, and managing cash flow.
