Set-upongoing quality agreements to be sustained through KPI reporting, on-site support and thirdparties as appropriate. This is accomplished using many formats; CI workshops, RIW’s and Kaizen events. Project saved $260K in the first year using Yellow/Green Six Sigma tools.
