David was the Director of Design and Branding with over 20 years of experience in creating award-winning art and design in journalism and public policy. He led the art and design strategy at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth, a nonprofit research and grantmaking organization dedicated to advancing evidence-backed ideas and policies that promote strong, stable, and broad-based economic growth. He oversaw a design team that produced user-centered, strategic content across multiple platforms, including print, web, social media, and video, to present the Center’s policy findings and its funded academic research to policymakers, advocates, and news media audiences. He also created and maintained the visual branding for the Center, designing logos and special features, and translated the brand across different platforms. He has a BFA in Communication Arts and Design from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Certificate in Advanced Character Animation from Animation Mentor.
