• Design and develop mechanical systems, keeping in mind the budget, timelines and other challenges.• Use SolidWorks and MasterCAM for designing and programing of the mechanical projects.• Perform regular tests and experiments to determine how to better improve a component.• Report to the senior mechanical design engineers and report to the company regarding the status of each project.• Troubleshoot problems and think up solutions to resolve them.• Research and keep up with the dynamic technology and trends in the mechanical design spectrum.

• Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Supervisor.• Shadowing senior staff members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible.• Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives.• Analyzing data and writing reports according to specifications.• Establishing professional relationships with staff.• Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diligence.
