CurrentSole human resources lead for $100M press release, communications and consulting program portfolio in a matrixed business ledger organization with 400 employees and 55 first and second line managers. Developed and executed human resource strategies in talent management, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, and employee relations to meet/exceed program metrics. Lead and executed 1st operational first-line leader development program to build both operational acumen and fostering leadership community. Successfully delivered two (2) cohorts to 27 Cision leaders. Analyze key HR metrics, identify areas of opportunity and partner to develop mitigating action plans.
