$32m Biosolid improvement contract.30 months work. New digester tanks/ refurbishment of existing plus additional work around the plant

Freelance site manager to plan and oversee upgrades to roads and infrastructure around Air traffic control centre..Liaison with NATS/Emcor to ensure work did not affect air traffic control operations, replacement/resurfacing of entire road network, with TM plan to ensure 24hr access for all parties..

Enham Arch roundabout scheme, widening of existing live roundabout, Moving of multiple services & relocation..addition of 5m deep rain storage tanks. Liaison between HCC,WYG consultants & all S/c. Overcame various design issues to ensure contract completed.

Responsible for Civils package of SGN contract to replace Gas main under the Solent between Lepe and Gurnard.

A27 scheme phase 1..In conjunction with Highways agency & MMcDonald overseeing. replacement of all street lighting & assoc duct work.signage replacement Plus 2km of Concrete slip formed crash barrier,All works done on Night hand over to minimise traffic disruption, Contract completed on time and budget.Former Vosper-Thorneycroft.

Thames Water Contracts, Croydon

Set up Quadrum park contract to build 4 no Industrial units,Then transferred to a Flood alleviation scheme in Croydon,construction of 14m deep caisson & jack shaft under busy main road.

Re-construction of Boscombe rd,Bournemouth for Bournemouth City CouncilProgramming & setting out of all works,liaison as work progressed with all residents & Businesses,integrating with council officials to discuss problems and suggest options.replacement of kerbs & tarmac for approx 2 mile section,Upgrading of drainage & altering existing levels to.

AMP 3 Contract, K3 Southern Water

Overall responsible for running £1.8M contract at Burseledon WWTW bringing works up to European compliance by March 2004.This included Civil enginerring.M&E and programming works with Southern Water.at all levels to ensure compliance and management of all contractural paperwork & Co-ordination meetings.Agree/impliment design issues on site.Then took on a.
