Managing engineering team providing support for asset management and condition monitoring of all assets, as well as specific capital project responsibility for improving the performance of delivery of primary plant.Included establishing warehousing facilities, development of new plant acceptance process and leadership of investigation into statewide system.

Leading a diverse team of engineers and specialists managing the physical and electrical access and security of the ElectraNet assets in addition to the electrical security and fault investigation. Included monitoring, reporting and improving on regulatory performance obligations, and establishment and leadership for improved field hazard management.

Providing leadership and co-ordination for the broader company for strategic improvement initiatives and introduction of structured business process management and improvement framework.

Specifically selected as a member of a specialised team established to develop a 5 year regulated revenue proposal with specific responsibility for building and supporting the case for overall opex allowance and asset replacement capex.

Leadership and performance management for a large team of technical experts and contract administrators responsible for defining engineering standards and delivering maintenance activities for lines, substation and telecommunication assets through a mixture of outsourced maintenance contracts and inhouse special test teams

Provision of engineering risk management support to the Asset Manager with particular focus on transmission line assets.
