• Providing 1st and 2nd level of Remote technical support by phone and email for end users at multiple RCCH Facilities (10 locations including the Corporate office)
• Entering and assigning tasks in SysAid/ISupport ticketing systems. Escalation of service requests to appropriate field IS or Clinical Application Analysts via the ticketing system when first call resolution is not.
• Setting up new users for two Hospital locations and the Corporate office in:- Active Directory- Meditech MAGIC and C/S (Clinical Application)- SSI (Claims Billing Application)- Imagenow (Clinical Application – Imaging)
• Creating/Editing vendor entries for two Hospital locations in Meditech MAGIC and C/S Vendor Dictionary (Clinical Application)
• Creating/Editing provider entries in Meditech MAGIC and C/S Provider Dictionary (Clinical Application)
• Creating network shared folders and Security groups for two Hospital locations and the Corporate Office. Also, setting access to those shared resources
