Elektra Winds is the Triad's newest chamber ensemble. The core group is a woodwind quartet which will make its performing debut on August 30, 2015.

After a lengthy search, Eileen was named Music Director of the Salem Band in May 2011. Since joining the organization, Eileen has overseen substantial increases in audience size, budget growth, season sponsorships, fundraising, and band membership. Eileen successfully guided the organization to achieving its first non-profit status and 501c3. Established in 1771, Salem Band is one of the oldest community bands in the nation. Salem Band currently performs 5 outdoor and 3 indoor concert programs per season and includes 72 member performers. Eileen also instituted sponsored ensembles, including the Salem Swing Band (which she also conducts and in which she plays solo clarinet), Salem Saxophone Quartet, Salem Band Tuba Quartet, and the Salem Wind Quintet, and she serves on the Board of Directors. Eileen directed a successful campaign in 2015 to raise $31,100 to send Salem Band to Washington D.C. to perform in the Capitol over Memorial Day weekend. In 2017, Eileen oversaw production of Salem Band's first CD, "Yuletide Celebration." Salem Band traveled to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 2018 to perform with the Bethlehem Municipal Band. The band often collaborates with local community entities including schools, other vocal and instrumental ensembles, and individuals. Salem Band will celebrate its 250th Anniversary in 2021 with multiple special concerts and events, including an inaugural Student Trombone Competition. Perform as contract player on bass clarinet, clarinet, E-flat clarinet, saxophone. Clarinetist/Teacher Artist in Educational Woodwind Quintet. Former Orchestra Committee member.

Perform as Principal Clarinet. Was the Salisbury Symphony featured soloist in October 2009 with her performance of Persis Vehar’s “City of Light” Concerto for Clarinet and orchestra. Reviews of the concerto claimed that she “…played with great virtuosity” and “… sailed confidently and unperturbed through each challenge.” Her performance interviews were featured on WFDD in Winston-Salem and on WDAV in Davidson, NC.

Clarinetist/Teaching Artist and a founding member of the Bolton Woodwind Quintet, currently in residence at the Arts-Based School and Summit School in Winston-Salem, NC.

As Instructor of Clarinet, Saxophone, and Woodwind Ensembles at Wake Forest University, Eileen taught many student prize winners of the Giles-Harris and Concerto competitions. At Wake Forest, she also formed and conducted the WFU Clarinet Choir and Saxophone Ensemble. In addition, Eileen coached the WFU Premier Saxophone Quartet, a winner in the recent 2013 Concerto Competition and featured ensemble on the 2008 and 2012 WFU Student Showcase Recitals. In April 2010, her student WFU Clarinet Quartet performed the American premier of Italian composer Guido Arbonelli’s “Immagini da Auschwitz.” The performance project was featured in articles and interviews on “Window on Wake Forest,” the Wake Forest University Magazine, and in the Winston-Salem Journal. Eileen performed on clarinet with the WFU Faculty Wind Quintet and in other faculty/guest artist recitals.
