For the Cincinnati Revolution of the AUDL (American Ultimate Disc League), Eric was both an Ultimate Frisbee® player and marketing manager for all team promotions. At WayForward, Eric completed two video game projects in (13) months. The iOS/Android project, Build-a-Bear: Bear Valley TM, required a core team of fourteen developers over a thirteen month span. The browser based HappyMeal.com game was completed with a team of five developers in seven weeks. It was released in August of 2013.• Guided 35 member team to meet client milestones. • Created invoices, project assignments, and provided other resources to vendors. • Communicated with core team, publishers, agencies, QA, and other sources. • Streamlined pipeline of assets, designs, and communication. • Managed timeline and prioritized team tasks and provided reports to leadership.• Created resource plans in accordance with budget and contract stipulations. • Developed catalog system of company-wide devices and development kits for 100+ employee company. • Quality assurance tested to assist engineers and artists.

Worked on various University-contracted projects as a Project Lead and Producer, including those for the U.S. Dept. of Energy, U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security, as well as other client and internal projects (a few are listed below):PORTS Future (June 2011-May 2012) was a project in which Eric led a teams of 18 employees to create digital visualizations of 300+ buildings at a decommissioned nuclear enrichment site in Piketon, OH. • Organized and prioritized workflow of 3D models and implementation of 300+ buildings.• Delivered weekly proposals to U.S. Dept. of Energy officials about project progress.• Implemented and managed incoming client feedback to incorporate feature requests.• Coordinated internal resources to best fit project needs and deadlines. • Hired and trained team members as well as created documentation for standards of operation and best practices. This project was contracted by the U.S. Department of Energy, Fluor-B&W Portsmouth, LLC, and the Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs. .IVIN (Sept. 2008-July 2011) was created as a federally-funded partnership between the Columbus Urban Area Security Initiative and the Ohio University GRID Lab (Game Research and Immersive Design lab). Eric was a photographer, 3D artist, and project coordinator, organizing thousands of photographs of high-profile buildings in Columbus and converting them to a 3D digital visualization for emergency services.FoodMASTER Inc. (May 2009- Aug.2011) was an educational math and science game for elementary school children about food and food safety. Eric coordinated the workflow and quality assurance of all flash assets and implemented and communicated client feedback.
