The areas I serve are located in Pierce, Thurston, Kitsap, Mason, Grays Harbor, Pacific, Lewis, Wahkiakum and Cowlitz counties. With a growing number of literally homeless veterans in the area, CCS, along with the SSVF Program, try to identify and get our brave veterans off the streets and get them the help they rightfully deserve.

Gig Harbor, Wa

Project Manager Consultant working on technology projects. Duties include:• Participate and facilitate meetings, vendor selection and deliverable review and evaluation with key stakeholders• Work with various stakeholders to understand key deliverables • Develop and deliver scope overviews, status reports, project proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences including project teams, sponsors, senior leadership and key stakeholders• Communicate clear expectations with team members and other stakeholders, and continually manage those expectations throughout the life of the project• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.• Create process, instructional, and descriptive documentation as appropriate.

Camp Shelby, Ms

Managed and served as the senior manager in the National Guard 155th Armored Brigade Combat team ‘Cross Country’ project. • Led and ensured the allocation and tracking of vehicles, military equipment and personnel for monthly training exercises. • Scheduled and led the execution of cross functional meetings as well as managed project budgets, timelines and risks associated with the exercises and successful move of 700 personnel and 3+ million in equipment.

Qatar

Selected for Special assignment to support the OCSIC for 1 year in Qatar. • Managed and scheduled cross organizational meetings with senior military officers, key stakeholders and mission critical staff. • Facilitated and assisted in the research, review, execution, and final aware of government awards, in regard to vetting the authenticity of companies that were bidding for contracts in Syria, Turkey Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait and Qatar. • Held a Secret Clearance due to the high value of contracts and sensitivity of the material.

Camp Shelby, Ms

Led training exercises for Mississippi National Guard using MDMP (Military Decision-Making Process). • Worked with various mission critical senior officers to educate and guide them for the planning and execution of mandatory mobilization training (for future deployments) in Oklahoma, Texas and Michigan. • Managed training requirements for over 700 personnel and 50 million in equipment. Successfully managed this project and budget using a long-term road map, adhering to the MDMP process and military doctrine and regulations.

Planned and conducted over 50 aerial resupply missions for active war time Army Units in hostile environments. • Ensured the guarding of highly sensitive and classified information on troop locations and munitions supply. • Managed teams from 30 to 100 people in each mission with a budget ranging from 100 thousand to 2 million per mission. • Managed the execution and planning for the turnover of 4 US bases to Afghan Military counterparts, in an operation to support US drawdown. • Managed the budget and tracking of 100+ million in buildings, equipment and personnel. *Awarded Unites States Pacific Command Best Battalion S4 for Operations of the year

Joint Base Lewis-Mccord, Wa

Led the Striker Fielding Vehicle project. • Included tracking, scheduling and logistics management.• Managed the budget of over 100 million in equipment. • Led cross–functional meetings with senior officers, civilian contractor and key stakeholders. • Planned and executed the training schedule with 4 platoons, averaging 130 people in field environments. • Managed the final training validation schedule for over 700 personnel to deploy to Fort Irwin California‘s NTC (National Training Center)Deployed to Afghanistan - 2009 - 2010Served as the senior supply logistician: Panned and conducted over 500 ground resupply missions for active war time Army Striker Units in hostile environments.
