CurrentSpearhead the day-to-day operations of the company, overseeing critical areas such as quality assurance, purchasing, production, and shipping/receiving.Drive the achievement of company goals through continuous improvement of processes, training initiatives, and allocation of necessary resources.Guarantee full adherence to FAA regulations, Aerospace Standards, and Military Specifications, ensuring uncompromising compliance.Monitor and refine the quality management system, implementing changes as needed, and conduct internal audits.Fulfill the role of Designated Manufacturing Inspection Representative (FAA-DMIR), contributing to regulatory compliance and inspection activities.Provide vigilant oversight of the production process, ensuring the realization of planned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in efficiency and performance.Strive for cost-effective production and adjust schedules as necessary to meet customer delivery requirements.Actively work towards the realization of the company's goals and objectives.Enforce health and safety guidelines and facilitate coaching and development initiatives for human resources to align with business objectives.Supervise and inspire the assigned team, preparing and delivering Performance Evaluations.Conduct First Article Inspections to uphold quality standards.Ensure timely production of high-quality products and uphold complete compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) processes.Review drawings for special requirements and changes, contributing to meticulous production.Provide training and mentorship to the staff as required, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Take charge of customer, OEM, and ISO/AS9100 audits, ensuring seamless compliance and positive outcomes.
