Mr. Perry has multiple years of experience in traffic engineering, transportation planning, roadway design, conceptual design, highway safety analysis, airport planning/design, work zone safety, and instructor lead training. His area of concentration includes traffic and transportation engineering, which are transportation research, traffic engineering and analysis, and instructor lead training. Mr. Perry has managed programs and multiple task orders under contract to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). These task orders included research projects funded by the FHWA Office of Operations, Office of Safety, and Office of Asset Management, Pavement, and Construction. In addition, he has provided traffic engineering and planning consulting services for state departments of transportation, bases supported by the US Army Corps of Engineers, the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, and the Air Force for eighteen military installations.
