Planning | I have taken the lead on countless operational planning projects. Taking the guidance from my superiors and translating it into effective plans that are easy to understand and get results. Operations | Along with planning comes execution of those plans. I have demonstrated an ability to take the plan, execute, and most importantly make rapid decisions to alter the plan as needed. Logistics | Lead manager of training resources, such as ammunition and facilities for training. I am proven to be efficient and forward thinking, anticipating needs and allowing my supervisors to focus on their responsibilities. Mentoring | I work closely with new members of the team, or those who are taking on new responsibilities, allowing a seamless transition of my former responsibilities to a new team member.

-Selected as Battalion Fire Direction Officer: was selected to serve in a position intended for a Captain as a 1st Lieutenant -Led Training for Over 300 Soldiers and Officers: I meticulously planned, supervised, and facilitated training sessions, ranging from section certification (one howitzer) to battalion certification (18 howitzers).-Managed $10 Million Worth of Ammunition: As the Battalion Ammunition Officer, I was entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing a substantial ammunition inventory.-Assistant Operations Officer: I successfully planned and executed operations, culminating in the Battalion certification and a rotation to the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, CA.-Supervised the Battalion Fire Direction Center: I ensured efficient and effective coordination within this critical unit.-Participated in 3 Command Post Exercises: My active involvement contributed to our readiness and operational preparedness.

- Received "most qualified" Officer Evaluation Report (out of 40 Officers) during first 12 months at unit- Implemented a training and education plan for my team that resulted in the highest scores in the Brigade- Taught non-artillery Soldiers the art of calling for artillery and mortar fires
