Contracted exclusively to assist in the production of Worldwide Convention 2020; a biennial global gathering of McDonald’s owner/operators, corporate staff, agencies and suppliers from 120 countries. In conjunction with the Executive Creative Director of Agency 123 and the Executive Production Team from Kindle Communications, lead producing vendor, assisted in content/messaging development, environmental design and staging, procurement of A-list entertainment and graphic & video production for 4 Global Sessions; C-suite and Senior Leadership presentations of organizational objectives. Event canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic - Managed the master rehearsal schedule; collaborated with 22 presenters that included McDonald’s C-Suite & Senior Leadership personnel to schedule a series of rehearsals taking place in Chicago and Orlando.

Supporting a team of project managers and engineers behind the instillation of the fiber optic network in the Chicago market for upgrade to 5G network capabilities; purchase order creation and tracking, material ordering and monthly forecasting, invoice reconciliation, point of contact for both internal and external vendors, fleet vehicle inventory and maintenance, general administrative support. -Main POC for team move to new work location in early October; participating in weekly calls with the global real estate team, inventoried all IT equipment, coordinated new security protocols, provide regular updates to the local team with important information about the new work location.-Driving a process change initiative to streamline the communication for scheduling internal engineers and external vendors on necessary project site walks; building in process accountability for report tracking accuracy and encouraging a switch to cloud storage and open access to Excel reporting.
