Kept students motivated and interested in science by creating interactive assignments and lab activities that were relatable.  Created an IB course with resources, assignments, and activities that can be implemented by other educators with ease. Lincoln High School continued: Initiated the application and wrote a grant that resulted in receiving funds to purchase lab materials and health measurement equipment that helped student learning and improved the classroom experience. Facilitated ongoing peer teaching community by creating a Facebook page for the group that completed the intensive IB training to share ideas and collaborate.
