I am a passionate student of organizational development and leadership who believes in the application of organizational psychology in both daily and corporate life. Through my lifelong educational journey, I have studied a range of disciplines including: organizational behavior, management, and human capital. During my studies, I have learned to appreciate of the complex dynamics that drive leadership and organizational success.
